Every agent has a record. Most products have nothing to show you here.
Paste an agent instance id to open its record: the mandates it holds, what it actually did, and proven counted apart from claimed.
Records are owner-only until the owner opens them, so reading someone else's agent without their session answers the same way an unregistered id would.
